Support Healing. Invest in Hope.

At the HIR Wellness Institute, we are closing the mental health gap by providing no-cost, trauma-informed, intergenerational, and culturally grounded care for survivors of violence and for relatives who are uninsured or underinsured.

Every service we offer—counseling, advocacy, crisis response, and holistic healing—is made possible through the generosity of people like you.

While grants, foundations, and sponsors help sustain our work, they do not fully cover the cost of care. Your support bridges that gap, ensuring that survivors, children, and families receive the healing and mental health services they deserve—without barriers.

There are many ways to make a difference:

  • Donate or become a monthly sponsor to sustain ongoing care.

  • Volunteer your time or skills to support healing programs.

  • Share our mission within your community or organization.

  • Partner with us to expand access to culturally responsive mental health services.

Every contribution—large or small—creates real impact. Your generosity helps survivors rebuild safety, resilience, and hope.
