Our Mental Health Workshops provide a supportive space for participants to learn and practice skills that promote emotional well-being and everyday resilience. Tailored for groups of all types: with providers, survivors, community-specific, and beyond. Our 2–4 hour workshops combine evidence-based approaches with creative expression to foster connection, self-awareness, and practical coping tools. Our Mental Health Workshops integrate art, movement, and sensory-based strategies into personal and professional lives, promoting an expanded understanding of sustainable mental health.

100% of the proceeds from contracting our Wellness Workshops and other Mental Health Without Borders services go directly to providing comprehensive mental health care for victims of crime and survivors of violence at the HIR Wellness Institute. By partnering with us, you’re giving your community access to essential mental health support, screenings, and more, while also ensuring care reaches those who need it most.
Mental Health Workshops Services:
​An Art Therapy-based workshop will feature curated art and sensory activities appropriate for your group. Art Therapy Mental Health workshops feature healing kits and creative, expressive team-building to encourage self-expression, reduce stress, and strengthen group bonds.
Art Therapy
​Occupational Therapy-based workshops will focus on regulation and co-regulation strategies, offering physiological and physical techniques for grounding oneself and enhancing day-to-day functioning.
