Therapy Offerings for Victims of Crime in Milwaukee
At HIR Wellness Institute, we believe every survivor of violence deserves access to high-quality, culturally grounded, trauma-informed mental health care—without barriers. That is why all of our therapy and healing services are completely free of charge.
Our no-cost to victims therapy services and approaches are informed by our namesake, Healing Intergenerational Roots, it means healing with the understanding that the present always exists from the past, and it has shaped who we are. We must learn from our past and shared collective stories, understand how to navigate our current stressors, and identify that our strengths and resilience go beyond the individual. We offer integrated medicines that engage with ancestral, cultural, and traditional ways. All services are curated to support your healing in succession.
